京华时报讯(记者余雪菲)昨天，媒体曝出工行被不法分子虚假材料骗签13亿元票据，对此，工行回应称，工行及时发现同业账户资金异常，紧急冻结可疑账户。
昨天有媒体报道称，有不法分子利用虚假材料和公章，在工商银行廊坊分行开设了河南一家城商行“焦作中旅银行”的同业账户，以工行电票系统代理接入的方式开出了13亿电票。其中，开票行为工商银行，承兑行为焦作中旅银行。之后又转贴给恒丰银行。恒丰银行发现风险，遂报案。
对此，工商银行河北廊坊分行相关负责人回应称，近日该行在账户监测和检查中发现，焦作中旅银行在该行开立的同业账户存在资金异常变动的情况。该行立即对可疑账户采取紧急冻结措施，并将相关情况通报了票据转贴现买入行。
业内分析人士指出，随着票据业务风险的暴露，预计未来监管和银行业将收紧票据业务。此外不排除未来还有票据案曝出，不过风险整体可控。
