2016年5月30日，内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市人民检察院对故意杀人伪造矿难骗取赔偿款系列案的74名被告人，依法向巴彦淖尔市中级人民法院提起公诉。
检察机关在审查起诉阶段，依法告知了各被告人享有的诉讼权利，并讯问了被告人，听取了诉讼参与人的意见，审查了全部案件材料，核实了案件事实与证据。起诉书指控艾汪全、王付祥等74人在山西、陕西、河北、甘肃、新疆、内蒙古6个省区故意杀害17人伪造矿难，骗取赔偿款，涉嫌故意杀人罪、诈骗罪、敲诈勒索罪、掩饰、隐瞒犯罪所得罪、职务侵占罪。
